Announcement on the launch of the VOD foundation of Serbia (VOD -- global consumer data token ecological network)
VOD (value of data): Serbia VOD is a global consumer data token ecological network alliance initiated by the VOD foundation of Serbia. VOD will establish a set of infrastructure around the data ecology generated by consumption based on the consumer rights and interests, including cryptocurrency computing power, IPFs computing power and AI Computing power provides basic services for various emerging computing power ecosystems, expands the application scenarios of these consumption data computing power, builds an ecosystem around consumer equity credit, and promotes the convenient supply, acquisition, circulation, trading, settlement and derivation of various emerging consumer data computing power in the global scope, and decentralized employment services of consumer data computing power.
Through the mixed rights and interests entrustment consensus mechanism of computational power holder and VOD holder generated by consumption data, VOD consumption data token network introduces the computational power holder into the governance structure, which binds and restricts each other, and realizes the transmission of consumer data credit to the VOD public chain. In essence, VOD public chain is a decentralized blockchain network with consumption data as credit endorsement and smart contract.
The application scenarios of VOD public chain include:
⚫ Ecological service of consumption data: it provides services such as computing power chain, traceability, circulation and income distribution for consumption data.
⚫ Data leasing Mortgage: consumer data computing power leasing based on cross chain and smart contract.
⚫ Digital asset circulation: to provide safe and efficient online and offline payment services for stable currency based on computational power and computational power guarantee.
⚫ Other extended financial services
VOD alliance is an independent, non-profit member organization. The purpose of VOD alliance is to coordinate and provide VOD management network framework, maintain and lead social influence for funding. The members of the alliance consist of a network of verification nodes running the public VOD chain and ecological nodes of global cross-border product suppliers.
The members of VOD alliance will include persified enterprises, non-profit and multilateral organizations and academic institutions. The initial members of the organization will complete the alliance charter together and become "founding members". The node members will be updated once a year, with a total of no more than 21. Each node generation will be elected by the community members who hold VOD.
In addition, the public VOD chain will be open to all: any consumer, developer or enterprise will be able to use the VOD network to build products and add value to their services. Open access ensures a low threshold for entry and innovation, and encourages healthy competition among interested audiences.
*According to the requirements of the project party, users from the following countries or regions (based on KYC information) are not allowed to participate in the project sales:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Malaysia, Syria, the United States [including all United States territories such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana, and the United States Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas)] Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador and Kyrgyzstan.
