韦震东，男，一九五八年出生，广西建工二建工作（退休，平南籍），现任中国文化和旅游部旗下的中国大众文化学会书画艺术专委会副主任、中国书法家协会会员、国家高级书法师、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会常务理事、中国、新加坡文化特使、广西书法家协会会员。
从小酷爱书法，小学时就开始跟着书本练习楷书，加上父亲朝督暮责，略获长进，并知悉书法是中华民族文化精髓之一，更是倾心锤炼！进入社会工作后有条件开始临摹二王及兰亭序的作品，对二王之外历史及当代名家亦多有涉猎，四十多年来临池不辍，博采众家之长，同时也得到书法界名人的悉心指导，书法有着飞跃性的进步，形成自己笔力雄厚、苍劲有力、大气磅礴、粗细结合、飘逸酒脱的风格。本人的书法作品深受百姓喜爱。2019、2021年中国邮政二次选个用本人的部份作品作为庆祝中华人民共和国建国七十周年和中国共产党成立100周年邮票制作、出版、发行、收藏使用，准予出版素有“国家名片”之誉的邮票、邮品。《临江仙词》、《长征》、《马到成功》作品于2019年被选送到到新加坡参加第六届中、新、马书画名家作品展出，并授予中、新文化特使荣誉；《中国腾飞》、《同心筑梦》、《长征》、《寿》也在2019年10月选送到北京·民族文化馆参展。2020年7月1日广西民族博物馆“征集2020年抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情见证物《中国医生》等七幅书法作品作为永久收藏。2020年最值得关注艺坛、“两会之声”重点推荐艺术家韦震东在国内百家知名网站刊登。新加坡鸿运传媒出版的2020(东南亚)《世界文化艺术人物志》书画投资与收藏书刊，收藏了本人的毛泽东诗《清平乐·六盘山》、《鹏程万里》、《志逸神清》、《龙腾虎跃》四幅作品。著名书法家韦震东向党的第一个百年献礼，2020年被国内百家知名网站作为中国书法形象大使进行报道。2021年上半年荣幸能与现任中国书法家协会主席孙晓云、中国著名书法家沈鹏先生、中国著名书画大师范曾、中国美术家协会主席范迪安四位书画名人同在国内的百家知名网站刊登。2021年底与中国书法家协会主席孙晓云、中国著名书画大师范曾，全国政协常委、清华大学美术学院教授、国家一级美术师韩美林艺术家四人同出《中国书画范例》这刊物。
