机遇属于实干者，成功青睐奋斗者。林商理出生于福建山区，“商”字有交换、沟通之意；“理”字有明理、道理之意，父母为其取名“商理”，就是希望林商理成为一个无论处在什么位置，都要讲道理、诚实守信、能够站在他人的角度进行思考沟通的人。带着父母的期望，林商理白手起家，努力打拼，无论走到哪里，都不断学习和成长。他是一位对企业、对客户、对社会都富有责任感的儒商，更是一位永远散发着正能量的开拓者。

所有成功的背后，都是苦苦累积的坚持。在自主创业之前，林商理于九十年代自考毕业于厦门大学国际贸易专业，由于家境贫寒未能继续读专升本科的学习。第二年，林商理带着母亲借来的六百元路费只身一人来到上海，由于当时不懂上海本地话，加上竞争激烈，整整一年半多的时间都在上海漂泊，拼命省钱却还是居无定所，有时连吃饭的钱都没有，在过年回家时，生性诚实的林商理如实对亲戚说了自己在上海的遭遇，结果就听见个别亲戚讥笑自己“读书、打工都没用”……林商理一面用战国纵横家苏秦发达前后家人对他不同态度的例子安慰自己，一面坚持寻找可以提升自己的平台，希望能够闯出一番天地，为父母和自己争光。功夫不负有心人，一家工程企业的管理者在面试时就很看好林商理，这让林商理结束了四处漂泊不定的生活，还找到了自己奋斗的方向，之后的几年中，林商理不断提升自己的专业技术水平，还通过业余学习哈佛商学院MBA企业管理战略、厦门大学经济管理学院MBA课程等，逐步打开了眼界，提升了格局。这样的奋斗经历让林商理在各方面都打下了坚实的基础，也让他更加深刻体会到了“幸福不会从天而降，美好生活要靠劳动来创造”这句话的含义。

有坎坷，尔后有攀登者的欢乐；有挫折，尔后有奋斗者的幸福。2003年底，林商理开始创业，主要从事工程建筑管道批发销售；2005年10月，林商理独自前往南京开拓市场，在南京摸爬滚打5年多的时间里，他并没有急于求成，而是一步步稳扎稳打，积累自己的实力，面对同行的恶性竞争，他始终避其锋芒不与竞争对手正面对抗，而是把侧重点放在了更新经销产品线、品种不断换代上面。2011年6月，林商理取“超越众望、汇锦天成”之意，在江苏淮安国家级经济开发区建立了江苏众汇公司，以“务实、主动、简捷、奉献”的行业准则和“服务无时间、用心到永远”的服务原则，不断做出远远超过客户预期值的产品和服务，也让企业在激烈的竞争中稳扎稳打，发展壮大。
