艺术家吴志鹏
吴志鹏，字墨骏，号晓月斋主，男，彝族，祖籍云南。一九七四年生于北京。一九九七年毕业于首都师范大学美术系国画专业，是原中国文联副主席、中国书法家协会副主席、一代宗师著名书法家刘炳森之徒弟。作品曾多次参加全国书画大赛并获奖，参加海内外巡回展出，并被国际友人收藏。

自幼酷爱书艺，师法古人，广采百家，废寝忘食，锲而不舍。在书艺的浩海中，对真、草、隶、篆等均有涉猎，其中，楷书和隶书成就较高。在学书期间，曾先后得到启功、欧阳中石、刘炳森等著名书法家的教授和指点。对于楷书，书法家的点评为：作品综合了颜真卿、柳公权楷书的一些优点，而又有所创新；作品循规蹈矩、法度森严、行笔稳健、严谨规范，尽得唐人楷书之真谛……。对于隶书，书家的评语为：作品端庄俊逸、富于变化、古朴苍劲、圆润遒劲、气势开阔、神气盎然。在当代青年书法家中实为功力深厚、技巧娴熟的实力派青年书法家。书艺多次得到专家和中央首长的夸奖。

2001年3月，参加中国中外名人文化研究会艺术交流活动，荣获世界文化艺术交流功勋金奖。
2001年参加建党八十周年全国书画大赛，作品获中青年组一等奖，并定为八段书法家(最高九段)；2001年12月，参加中国中外名人文化研究会艺术交流活动，荣获世界交流与创作金奖，特聘书画师。
2007年，在北京琉璃厂锦龙堂举办个人书法作品展，受到较多关注。
2008年，在云南楚雄举办书法展专家的题词为：故乡情 翰墨缘 千秋韵 造化功；神融笔畅 彝州神韵；名师高徒 彝州鲜花 高才父子 桑梓典范；桑梓翰墨耀神州……

2011年作品先后被德国列宾纪念馆和意大利佛罗伦萨美院收藏；同年，作品还被澳大利亚著名画家史韦特斯先生收藏。书法作品还先后入选《跨世纪著名书画家精典》、《跨世纪翰墨艺术家精品大全》、《中华翰墨名家作品博览》等书画巨著。
2016—2018年，曾先后两次分别捐赠云南著名风景名胜昙花寺碑林石刻书法3幅。
2018年，在《传两会精神 迎接新世代》名人名家联谊会、书画比赛，荣获一等奖。
2018年4月，接受中央电视台《盛世中国·名家访谈》专访。

Wu Zhipeng, surname Mo Jun, surname Xiaoyue Zhaizhu, male, Yi nationality, ancestral home of Yunnan. Born in Beijing in 1974. In 1997, he graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of Capital Normal University with a major in traditional Chinese painting. He was an apprentice of Liu Bingsen, the former vice chairman of the Chinese Literary Federation, the vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and a famous calligrapher of a generation. The works have participated in the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition many times and won awards, participated in touring exhibitions at home and abroad, and was collected by international friends.

Since childhood, I have been very loved with calligraphy. I have been a master of the ancients. I have a wide range of schools. I have never slept and forgotten to eat. In the vast sea of calligraphy, there are real, grass, li, seal, etc., among which, the achievements of kanji and lishu are relatively high. During his study of calligraphy, he was taught and instructed by famous calligraphers such as Qi Gong, Ouyang Zhongshi and Liu Bingsen. For the calligraphy, the calligrapher's comments are: the work integrates some of the advantages of Yan Zhenqing and Liu Gongquan's calligraphy, and is innovative; the work follows the rules, the law is strict, the writing is stable, and the writing is rigorous and standardized, which is the true meaning of Tang people's calligraphy... For Lishu, the calligrapher's comments are: the work is dignified and elegant, rich in change, simple and vigorous, round and powerful, open-minded and full of spirit. In March 2001, he participated in the art exchange activities of the Chinese and Foreign Celebrity Cultural Research Association and won the World Cultural and Artistic Exchange Merit Gold Award.
In 2001, he participated in the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition for the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China, and his work won the first prize in the Middle-aged and Young People's Group, and was designated as an eight-section calligrapher (up to nine paragraphs). In December 2001, he participated in the art exchange activities of the Chinese and Foreign Celebrity Cultural Research Association, won the World Exchange and Creation Gold Award, and was specially hired as a calligrapher and painter.
In 2007, an exhibition of personal calligraphy works was held in Jinlongtang, a glaze factory in Beijing, which received more attention.
