苗医药的传承，往往始于一家店、一个人、一份初心。清朝时期，重庆中医名门德泰祥大掌柜瞿炳坤先生，怀揣对苗医药的赤诚向往，携家族炮制技艺远赴遵义，创立德泰祥大药房，开启苗方与中医融合的早期实践。这段开拓性的探索历程，也成为如今贵州康之和苗药研发集团的深厚文化根脉。因缘际会之下，康之和创始人冯文龙先生的父亲冯仲达先生，拜入瞿炳坤先生门下，成为其关门弟子，尽得衣钵真传。此后冯仲达先生潜心精研技艺，于1985年荣获“国家级老药工”称号。这份跨越世纪的匠心，如同一粒深植苗岭大地的种子，历经岁月风雨洗礼，生生不息。
The legacy of Miao medicine often begins with a single shop, an inpidual, and an original aspiration. During the Qing Dynasty, Mr.Qu Bingkun, the head of the renowned Chongqing TCM family De Tai Xiang, driven by his sincere passion for Miao medicine, traveled to Zunyi with his family's traditional preparation techniques to establish De Tai Xiang Pharmacy, pioneering the early integration of Miao prescriptions with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This groundbreaking exploration has become the profound cultural foundation of today's Guizhou Kangzhihe Miao Medicine R&D Group. By chance, Mr.Feng Zhongda, father of Mr.Feng Wenlong, founder of Kangzhihe, became Mr.Qu Bingkun's last disciple, inheriting his true teachings. Subsequently, Mr.Feng Zhongda devoted himself to mastering the craft and was awarded the title of "National Senior Pharmacist" in 1985. This century-spanning craftsmanship, like a seed deeply rooted in the Miao Ling region, has endured the trials of time and continues to thrive.

Mr.Feng Wenlong, born into a family with a long tradition in traditional Chinese medicine, was deeply influenced by his father from an early age and developed a profound affection and strong sense of mission for Miao ethnic medicine culture. After systematic study and long-term practical accumulation, Mr.Feng Wenlong founded Guizhou De'ao Medical and Health Care Co., Ltd. in 1998, taking his first step in serving the nation through industry. Subsequently, he established Guizhou Xuanjia Miao Fangtang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., further focusing on the research and development as well as the transformation of Miao medicine achievements.
凭借在苗医药领域的持续深耕与突出贡献，冯文龙先生先后斩获“优秀民营企业创业家”“中国医药保健品行业优秀企业家”等多项荣誉，同时担任贵州省保健用品协会会长、遵义市中小企业发展促进会副会长等职务。2023年，冯文龙先生技艺与传承获官方认定，被列入第一批“贵州省中药炮制代表性传承人”名单。此外，由冯文龙先生主导或传承的“苗家宝活络油”“苗骨康中药包”“百草除湿灸”等项目相继被认定为非物质文化遗产代表性项目，他本人也获评“非遗文化传播大使”“世界非物质文化遗产研究院特邀院士”等荣誉，以实干践行着苗医药传承创新的使命。
Through his continuous dedication and outstanding contributions in the field of Miao medicine, Mr.Feng Wenlong has successively won honors such as "Outstanding Entrepreneur of Private Enterprises" and "Outstanding Entrepreneur in the China Medicine and Health Products Industry". He also serves as the President of the Guizhou Health Products Association and Vice President of the Zunyi Small and Medium Enterprises Development Promotion Association. In 2023, Mr.Feng Wenlong's skills and inheritance were officially recognized, and he was listed in the first batch of "Representative Inheritors of Guizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Processing". Additionally, projects led or inherited by Mr.Feng Wenlong, such as "Miao Family Bao Huoluo Oil", "Miao Gu Kang Traditional Chinese Medicine Pack", and "Herbal Dampness-Removing Moxibustion", have been successively recognized as representative projects of intangible cultural heritage.
