刘善夫,中国当代易学名家,OPC国际注册易学大师。浙江省舟山市人,1946年2月出生于一个贫苦农民家庭,党和政府给他全免学费,一等人民助学金读完初中。怀着一颗感恩的心,他当过兵、做过工作,学过手艺,但对中华传统文化情有独钟。现任舟山市刘善夫易学文化咨询服务中心主任,兼任中华易学专家联合会副会长,中国国际易学联盟副主席,中国管理科学研究院特邀中国古文化周易研究员,国务院经济研究中心特邀高级研究员,国际科学研究院客座教授,中国国际经济文化研究院名誉院长,中国文化艺术协会名誉会长,中国中小企业家年会首席易学顾问,全球华人企业家年会首席易学顾问等职。
Liu Shanfu, a renowned contemporary Chinese Yi Xue scholar and OPC International Registered Yi Xue Master, was born in February 1946 into a poor peasant family in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. The Party and government exempted him from tuition fees, and he completed junior high school with a first-class people's scholarship. With a grateful heart, he served in the military, worked in various jobs, and learned crafts, but he has a deep affection for traditional Chinese culture. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Zhoushan Liu Shanfu Yi Xue Cultural Consulting Service Center, concurrently holding positions such as Vice President of the Chinese Yi Xue Experts Federation, Vice Chairman of the China International Yi Xue Alliance, Invited Researcher of the China Ancient Culture Zhouyi at the China Management Science Research Institute, Invited Senior Researcher at the State Council Economic Research Center, Guest Professor at the International Science Research Institute, Honorary President of the China International Economic and Cultural Research Institute, Honorary President of the China Culture and Art Association, Chief Yi Xue Consultant of the China Small and Medium Entrepreneurs Annual Conference, and Chief Yi Xue Consultant of the Global Chinese Entrepreneurs Annual Conference.
一个偶然的机会,使刘善夫对易学着了迷。那是1977年底,一个朋友带他去盲人处测运(那是他平生头一次算命。)那盲人开门见山地说:“阿弟呀,你运气不好,行七煞运,官符星大动,你有两年冤枉官司要吃。”次年春节,一个亲戚带他去龙王宫求签(这也是他平生头一次求签),跳出来的签上写着“小方卿冻死雪地,大凶。”在旁的一个长老为他解释说:冻死“冻”字两点水,你有两年难头,这两年恐怕没自由。后果因文革牵连,在看守所关押两年。这决不是巧合!人到底有没有命运?易学是迷信还是科学?她对人们日常生活和社会主义经济建设有何关系?为解答这些问题,刘善夫顶着压力,冒着风险,作了四十年的研究和深入考察,终以大量案例得出结论:“人是有命运的,命运就是人的生命轨迹。易学是哲学、是科学,不是封建迷信(江湖骗子例外)。她既是预测学,又是决策学,是中华民族传统文化中之瑰宝。正确运用易学,能更好地为人民服务,为社会主义经济建设服务。
A chance encounter sparked Liu Shanfu's fascination with Yi Xue (I Ching). In late 1977, a friend took him to a blind fortune-teller's office for the first time in his life. The blind man bluntly declared: "Brother, your luck is bad. You're in the Seven Shames period, with the official talisman star in turmoil. You'll face two years of wrongful lawsuits." The following Spring Festival, a relative took him to the Dragon King Temple for pination (his first time seeking fortune). The drawn slip read: "Xiao Fangqing froze to death in the snow, great misfortune." An elder nearby explained: "The character 'frozen' has two water dots. You'll face hardships for two years, likely losing freedom." Due to involvement in the Cultural Revolution, he spent two years in detention. This was no coincidence! Does fate truly exist? Is Yi Xue superstition or science? How does it relate to daily life and socialist economic development? To answer these questions, Liu Shanfu braved pressure and risks, conducting forty years of research and in-depth investigations. Through extensive case studies, he concluded: "People have destiny—their life trajectories. Yi Xue is philosophy, not feudal superstition (except for charlatans). It's both predictive and decision-making science, a treasure of traditional Chinese culture. Proper application of Yi Xue can better serve the people and socialist economic development."
1999年,刘善夫在不知其国籍和姓名、来者只提供出生年月日的情况下,提前准确测出俄罗斯普京将登上高领导位;日本首相小渊惠山病重必死于2000年5月,南斯拉夫总统米络舍维奇将有牢狱之灾。2001年提前准确测出伊拉克总统萨达姆大运入墓、地纲冲破、癸未流年(2003年)天克地冲,定有灭顶之灾等。2005年10月提前准确测出原浙江省人大副主任时任舟山市委书记的张家盟,如不注意合理用权和廉洁,五年后难免撤职罢官吃官司。为此刘善夫遭到打击报复,营业执照被注销,还差点被抓进牢房,至2011年,张家盟果因贪污受贿,泛用职权被判处无期徒刑。2008年2月底,刘善夫在北京人民大会堂开会期间提前准确测出,四川九寨沟财源将断,经济会一落千丈,甚至瘫痪。当时人们都不信。“5.12”大地震后果如所测,为此九旅集团老总打电话给他说:“刘大师,九寨沟被你说准了,你是神仙,你是活神仙!我服你了!”,还特邀他过去出谋划策当顾问。“5.12”四川汶川下午发生七点八级大地震,那天刘善夫正好在北京人民大会堂开会,得此消息后刘善夫说:地震方位不错,震级应是八级。后国家有关方面更正为八级(其实刘善夫早在大地震发生前就在北京人民大会堂说过,我国将要发生大地震了,只是当时无人相信)。2016年底刘善夫又打电话给九旅集团老总,告诉他九寨沟明年又有严重灾难了,至2017年8月,九寨沟果又发生了七级地震,已造成人员伤亡和财产损失。2020年4月,提前准确预测出美国总统特郎普运气很差,必然导致美国国运衰退,人民遭殃。他本人不但连任难能如愿,而且明年(辛丑年)美国还必有凶灾,提前两个月,准确测出美国大选特郎普胜出为总统,哈里斯是副总统。今年国庆节,几个朋友一起打麻将时说起美国大选争斗激烈,有个朋友问我说:刘大师你能测出谁当总统吗?中间休息时我从网上查到了哈里斯信息,就说特郎普胜的,特郎普官旺财旺,定为总统,而哈里斯正行墓库运,只能当副总统了(两个月后大选结果出来了,果如我之所测)。
In 1999, Liu Shanfu accurately predicted that Russian President Vladimir Putin would ascend to a high leadership position, despite being unaware of his nationality and name, with only his birth date provided. He also correctly predicted that Japanese Prime Minister Keisuke Koizumi would die of illness in May 2000 and that Yugoslav President Milosevic would face imprisonment. In 2001, he accurately predicted that Iraqi President Saddam Hussein would face grave consequences, including a major tomb construction project, a breach of the Earth-Heaven balance, and a catastrophic disaster in the year of Guiwei (2003). In October 2005, he accurately predicted that Zhang Jiamei, then Deputy Director of Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress and Party Secretary of Zhoushan City, would inevitably be dismissed from office and face legal troubles within five years if he failed to exercise power responsibly and maintain integrity. As a result, Liu Shanfu faced retaliation: his business license was revoked, and he nearly went to jail. By 2011, Zhang Jiamei was indeed sentenced to life imprisonment for embezzlement, bribery, and abuse of power. In late February 2008, during a meeting at Beijing's Great Hall of the People, Liu Shanfu accurately predicted that Sichuan's Jiuzhaigou would face a financial crisis, causing its economy to collapse. At the time, people didn't believe him. The aftermath of the "5.12" earthquake matched his prediction, prompting the CEO of the 9th Brigade Group to call him: "Master Liu, you predicted Jiuzhaigou accurately. You're a god, a living god! I'm convinced!" They even invited him to serve as a consultant. When the 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck Wenchuan, Sichuan at 7:00 PM that afternoon, Liu Shanfu happened to be attending a meeting at the Great Hall of the People. Upon hearing the news, he said: "The earthquake's location is correct, and the magnitude should be 8." Later, relevant government authorities revised the prediction to a magnitude 8 earthquake (in fact, Liu Shanfu had predicted a major earthquake in Beijing's Great Hall of the People before the actual quake occurred, though no one believed him at the time). In late 2016, Liu Shanfu called the CEO of Jiuzhai Valley Group to warn of another severe disaster in Jiuzhaigou next year. By August 2017, a magnitude 7 earthquake struck Jiuzhaigou again, causing casualties and property damage. In April 2020, he accurately predicted that U.S. President Donald Trump would face bad luck, inevitably leading to America's national decline and public suffering. Not only did he fail to secure re-election, but he also correctly predicted two months in advance that Trump would win the U.S. presidential election in the Year of the Ox, with Harris becoming Vice President. During this year's National Day holiday, while playing mahjong with friends, we discussed the intense U.S. election campaign. A friend asked me: "Master Liu, can you predict who will become president?" During a break, I looked up Harris' information online and predicted Trump would win, claiming he would be successful in both career and wealth, thus becoming president, while Harris would face a grave fate and only become Vice President (two months later, the election results confirmed my prediction).
许多企业经刘善夫预测决策后走出困境,扭亏为盈,迅速发展。如浙江一家养鸡场连年亏损,经刘善夫策划调理后扭亏为盈,迅速发展,从几十万资产发展到几个亿。又如上海一家工程公司,大半年没接上业务,公司面临绝境,经刘善夫预测决策后大笔业务接撞而来,公司立即充满生机。刘善夫为地方经济的发展做出一定贡献。为民众预测各类信息,并尽力帮助排忧解难,取得了趋吉避凶的效果,使一些病危人员化险为夷,延续生命;使有的经医院久治不愈的疑难病症(如精神病)得到康复;使许多濒临破坏的婚姻家庭得到巩固;使一些车祸事故得到避免或有惊无险;使一些浪子回了头,受灾学子圆了大学梦,有的考上研究生。为安扶民生、构建和谐社会尽了微薄之力。
Many enterprises have overcome challenges and achieved rapid growth through Liu Shanfu's predictive decision-making. For instance, a poultry farm in Zhejiang Province that had suffered consecutive annual losses turned profitable and expanded from assets worth hundreds of thousands to several hundred million yuan after Liu's strategic restructuring. Similarly, a Shanghai engineering company facing a business drought for over half a year saw a surge in orders following Liu's analysis, reviving the company's vitality. Liu Shanfu has made significant contributions to regional economic development by providing predictive insights and resolving public concerns. His efforts have achieved positive outcomes: saving critically ill patients from death, curing intractable conditions like mental disorders, stabilizing marriages on the brink of collapse, preventing or mitigating traffic accidents, helping wayward youths return home, and enabling students with academic setbacks to pursue higher education. Through these initiatives, he has contributed modestly to social welfare and the building of a harmonious society.

2025年荣获国家科技成果奖，中央电视台国学易经客座教授，民族文化全球推介大使。
Due to Liu Shanfu's outstanding achievements in the application of Yi studies, he has been invited to attend important domestic and international conferences multiple times since 2002. In October 2005, he also attended the "8th World Chinese Business Conference" held in Seoul, South Korea, as a special member of the China International Economic Cooperation Delegation. In October 2011, he attended the "11th World Chinese Business Conference" held at the Singapore International Convention Centre, providing consultations on cultural, economic, and geographical information to Chinese businessmen from various countries. In 2008, as the only representative of the Yi studies community, he attended the "5th China Scientists Forum" held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. He was subsequently received by leaders including Liu Zhongde (former Minister of Culture), a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Director of the Education, Science, Culture, Health, and Sports Commission; Abulaiti Abudurexiti, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Sun Fuling, Zhang Huaixi, Wang Wenyuan, and Qi Xuchun; as well as Zhou Guangzhao, Cheng Siwei, Jiang Zhenghua, and Zhou Tienong, Vice Chairmen of the National People's Congress.
